About This Admit Card Notice

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the competitive examination for the recruitment of Head Constable (Ministerial) in Delhi Police. Candidates who submitted their online applications for the 509 ministerial vacancies are required to download their e-Admit Card to gain entrance to the examination centre.

Prior to releasing the full admit card, SSC often opens the Exam City / Status Intimation window. This allows candidates to view their assigned exam city, test date, and shift timing. The detailed hall ticket containing the complete exam centre name and address is made available for download 3 to 7 days prior to the examination date.

Candidates must ensure that all details on their hall ticket—such as candidate name, roll number, photograph, signature, and category—match their official identity documents before heading to the exam venue.

1. Visit the official Staff Selection Commission website at ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the Admit Card section located on the homepage menu or dashboard.
3. Select the link titled Head Constable (Ministerial) in Delhi Police Examination 2025 - Admit Card / City Status.
4. Log in using your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth.
5. Your examination date, test city, and shift details will be displayed on the screen.
6. Click on Download Admit Card once full hall ticket downloading becomes active.
7. Print a clear colour or black-and-white printout of the admit card and read all exam day instructions.

Documents to Carry on Exam Day

Candidates must bring the following mandatory documents to the test center. Without these, entry into the examination hall will not be permitted:

• Printed copy of SSC Delhi Police Head Constable Ministerial Admit Card.
• Original valid Photo Identity Card (Aadhaar Card / Printout of e-Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Service ID).
• At least two recent passport-size coloured photographs (matching the admit card photo).
• Face mask and hand sanitizer (if required under general guidelines).
• Category or PwBD Certificate (if applicable and specified in instructions).

Exam Day Instructions

• Reach the examination center well before the specified Reporting Time. Latecomers will not be permitted entry after gate closure time under any circumstances.
• Verify your exam center location a day prior to avoid last-minute delays on the exam day.
• Electronic items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, and study material are strictly prohibited inside the hall.
• Do not bring metallic ornaments, purses, or bags as storage facilities at exam venues may be limited.
• Follow the instructions provided by the invigilators and maintain proper decorum inside the computer lab.
