Government Job Aspirants पर सबसे ज्यादा असर क्यों?

Government job aspirants की condition medical या engineering aspirants से थोड़ी अलग लेकिन equally serious होती है. कई students 3-5 साल तक SSC, Railway, Police, Banking, State PSC या teacher exams की तैयारी करते हैं. Honest student सोचता है कि अगर मेहनत के बाद भी unfair means जीत जाएगा, तो पढ़ने का मतलब क्या है? यही thought धीरे-धीरे motivation को तोड़ता है. लेकिन यहां balance जरूरी है. Public Examinations Act 2024: Law आया, लेकिन execution सबसे बड़ा सवाल

Paper leaks और unfair means को रोकने के लिए India में Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 लागू किया गया. इस law का उद्देश्य public examinations में cheating, paper leak, impersonation, fake documents, answer key leak और organized unfair means को रोकना है. Law में serious punishment, fines और service providers की accountability जैसे provisions हैं.

लेकिन law तभी effective होगा जब investigation fast हो, guilty people को timely punishment मिले और exam agencies की internal accountability भी तय हो. सिर्फ candidates को punish करने से system clean नहीं होगा. Paper printing, transport, storage, digital systems, centre staff, invigilators, vendors और coaching-middlemen network की accountability equally important है. अगर leak source तक investigation नहीं पहुंचेगी, तो same pattern repeat होता रहेगा.

क्या CBT Solution है?

कई लोग कहते हैं कि pen-and-paper exams की जगह Computer Based Test यानी CBT होना चाहिए. CBT कई मामलों में better हो सकता है, जैसे question paper printing और physical transport का risk कम हो सकता है. Randomized questions, encrypted delivery, multiple shifts और digital audit trail से security improve हो सकती है. लेकिन CBT भी perfect solution नहीं है.

CBT में server security, remote access, centre computer manipulation, screen sharing, biometric mismatch और technical glitches जैसे risks होते हैं. इसलिए solution सिर्फ mode change नहीं है. सबसे पहले exam agencies को communication fast और clear करना होगा. Leak allegation आते ही silence panic बढ़ाता है. अगर allegation false है, तो evidence-based clarification दें. अगर investigation चल रही है, तो timeline और process explain करें. Students को uncertainty में छोड़ना सबसे गलत approach है.

दूसरा, exam material chain को traceable बनाना होगा. Official website, admit card notice और verified sources ही follow करें. Exam hall में suspicious activity दिखे तो immediately invigilator या official grievance channel को report करें. अपनी preparation को rumors से derail न होने दें.
