Eligibility and Qualification
- Deputy Director (Medical): Recognized postgraduate medical qualification approved under the Medical Council Act, 1956; training in medical education technology/evaluation techniques is desirable.
- Junior Programmer: B.Tech / B.E / BCA / DOEACC B or C level / degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics with computer specialization or equivalent.
- Junior Accountant: Degree in Mathematics or Statistics, or degree in Commerce from a recognized university, and passing the examination prescribed by NBEMS.
- Stenographer: Senior Secondary (10+2) with shorthand/typing speed of 80/30 words per minute and qualifying General English / Stenography / Computer Typing test conducted by the Board.
- Junior Assistant: Senior Secondary (12th) from a recognized board/university with proficiency in computer use and basic software packages, and passing the examination prescribed by NBEMS.
Selection Process
- For Deputy Director (Medical) and Junior Programmer, the examination scheme and syllabus will be notified later on the NBEMS website.
- For Junior Accountant, Stenographer and Junior Assistant, Stage-I will be a Computer Based Test of 200 questions and 200 marks.
- Stage-I duration is 180 minutes with 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.
- Stage-II will be a Computer Knowledge/Skill Test of 100 marks and 75 minutes for shortlisted candidates.
- Five candidates against every vacancy in each category may be called for Stage-II based on CBT merit.
- Final merit for Junior Accountant, Stenographer and Junior Assistant will be prepared on the total marks of Stage-I and Stage-II.
