One-Time Registration (OTR) Fee

As per the Department of Personnel (DoP) circular, a centralized one-time registration fee model is applicable for RPSC examinations.

Critical OTR Attendance Policy Note: If any candidate remains absent in 2 or more recruitment examinations conducted by RPSC/RSSB within a single financial year (1st April to 31st March), their online application access will be systematically blocked. Re-activation will require a fine of Rs. 750/- for the first block, and Rs. 1500/- for subsequent blocks. Candidates can formally withdraw their application prior to exam dates to prevent counting as an absence.

Reservation Rules: Horizontal and category-wise reservation models apply strictly as per Rajasthan State Rules. Benefits are exclusively granted to original residents of Rajasthan. Outside state female applicants married into Rajasthan will be treated under General unreserved criteria.

Base Reference Age Parameters (As on 01-01-2027):

• Minimum Age Requirement: 21 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
• Special Age Extension: Since the last advertisement was released in 2024 and no notification followed since, candidates crossing the upper age limit on 01-01-2027 are granted an additional relaxation of 1 year.

Selection Process

1. 1

   Preliminary Examination: Screening test composed entirely of objective multiple-choice questions. Marks obtained here will serve solely to shortlist candidates for the Main phase and will not influence the final selection merit list.

2. 2

   Main Written Examination: Descriptive written test evaluating law proficiency and language control. Shortlisted candidate counts for the Mains will be limited to 15 times the total vacancies per category class.

3. 3

   Document Verification & Recommendations: Verification of formal education records, age sheets, category proofs, character documents, and medical check certifications before sending final recommendations to the Appointing Authority.

• Language Proficiency (Hindi & English): 30% distribution ratio.

Critical Multiple-Choice OMR Instructions (Prelims)

• Each question features 5 response options (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). A blue ballpoint pen must be used to darken the circles.
• It is mandatory to shade exactly one option. If you do not intend to attempt a question, you must darken the 5th option circle.
• If a question is left unattempted and none of the 5 circles are shaded, one-third (1/3) marks of that question will be deducted.
• An extra 10 minutes will be given to candidates post-exam specifically to verify unshaded fields. Any candidate leaving more than 10% of total questions completely unshaded will face automatic disqualification.
