Selection Process

1. Preliminary Examination: Online objective screening test consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
2. Main Examination: Objective test covering Reasoning, General/Banking Awareness, English, Data Analysis & Interpretation, followed by a Descriptive Paper (Essay & Letter Writing).
3. Personality Test: Mandatory screening stage conducted prior to the interview phase.
4. Common Interview: Conducted by participating banks and coordinated by IBPS (100 Marks).
5. Document Verification & Provisional Allotment: Verification of original certificates and merit-based allocation to participating banks.

Exam Pattern

The examination is conducted in online mode. Negative marking of 0.25 marks is applicable for each incorrect answer in objective tests.
