Eligibility and Qualification

• Assistant / UDC / Assistant (Autonomous): Bachelor's Degree in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10 from a recognized university, with proficiency in the use of computers.
• Junior Personal Assistant (JPA) / Stenographer: Bachelor's Degree in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10 from a recognized university. English Stenography speed of 60 WPM and proficiency in computer operation are mandatory.

Selection Process

1. Written Test / CBT: Objective-type Computer Based Test testing general knowledge, aptitude, reasoning, and computer fundamentals.
2. Skill Test / Stenography Test: Qualifying test for JPA and Stenographer posts (Typing and Stenography speed checks).
3. Document Verification: Authentication of original education, caste, and experience certificates.
4. Final Merit List: Compiled based on marks secured in the written examination subject to qualifying skill tests.

Exam Pattern
