Eligibility and Qualification

• Staff Nurse:
  • Matriculation pass from a recognized board.
  • A-Grade Nurse registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council or equivalent body.
  • Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects.
• Ayurvedic Pharmacist:
  • Up-Vaidya or Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution/Board or Faculty of Indian System of Medicine.
  • 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
  • Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects.
• Clerk:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Board in India.
  • Must qualify a written test of language/General Knowledge of graduation standard prescribed by the authority.
  • Must qualify a data entry test on computers at a speed of 30 WPM.
  • Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects.

Selection Process

1. Phase 1: Written Competitive Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Questions).
2. Phase 2: Computer Skill / Data Entry Typing Test at 30 WPM (Mandatory for Clerk post).
3. Phase 3: Academic Achievement Evaluation (10 Marks Weightage based on percentage in professional degree/diploma).
4. Phase 4: Document Verification and checking of original certificates.
5. Final Merit List preparation based on cumulative score in written exam, typing/skill clearance, and academic criteria.

Exam Pattern

The written examination consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions testing core subject knowledge, general knowledge, reasoning, and basic computer applications.

Salary and Benefits

• Staff Nurse (Advt. NT-01/2026): Functional Pay Level FPL-6 (Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400).
• Ayurvedic Pharmacist (Advt. NT-02/2026): Functional Pay Level FPL-6 (Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400).
• Clerk (Advt. NT-03/2026): Functional Pay Level FPL-2 (Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200).
• Allowances including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Medical Benefits apply as per Haryana University rules.
