Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) released the notification for 32,679 posts including Civil Police, PAC, SSF, Female Battalion, Mounted Police, and Jail Warder. Candidates were required to complete OTR (One Time Registration) before filling the online application.

- As per the corrigendum dated 05-01-2026, a one-time 3-year age relaxation has been added to the upper age limit for all categories.

Eligibility & Age Limit
Educational Qualification
Candidate must have passed Intermediate / 12th Class from a recognized board established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification. Appearing candidates are not eligible.
General / EWS Age
As on 01-07-2025 after 3-year relaxation:
Male: 18 to 25 years, born between 02-07-2000 and 01-07-2007.
Female: 18 to 28 years, born between 02-07-1997 and 01-07-2007.
OBC / SC / ST Age
For Uttar Pradesh domicile candidates after relaxation:
Male: 18 to 30 years, born between 02-07-1995 and 01-07-2007.
Female: 18 to 33 years, born between 02-07-1992 and 01-07-2007.
Preferential Qualification
Preference is given only in tie cases to candidates with DOEACC/NIELIT "O" Level, at least 2 years Territorial Army service, or NCC "B" Certificate. No extra marks are awarded for these qualifications.
Physical Standards (PST & PET)
After qualifying the written exam, candidates will undergo Document Verification and Physical Standard Test (PST), followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
