The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani has declared that the HTET 2025 assessment will take place on 04 July 2026 and 05 July 2026 across various assigned centers. Eligible candidates are authorized to fetch their online hall tickets beginning 01 July 2026 through the integrated board utility. How to Download HTET Admit Card

Documents to Carry on Exam Day

• Mandatory Colour Printout: One copy each of the Center Copy page and Candidate Copy page of the admit card.

• Verified Photograph: A recent colored photograph (identical to the registration upload image) pasted in the specified slot on the admit card and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Exam Day Instructions

• Reporting Requirement: Candidates must report to the exam centre 02 hours and 10 minutes prior to the start time to complete mandatory procedures such as biometric registration, thumb indexing, and security scanning checks smoothly.
• Printing Condition: Only clear Colour Printouts of the admit card are valid. Black and white prints will not be accepted.
• Venue and Subject Changes: Modifying structural allocations for the testing venue or selected paper subjects is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Items: Do not bring metal objects, rings, earrings, necklaces, chains, brooches, cameras, watches, calculators, mobile phones, pagers, bluetooth systems, earphones, wallets, log tables, health bands, or electronic items. Plastic pouches and empty or written papers are also banned.
• Allowed Religious/Traditional Items: Female candidates are permitted to wear Bindi, Sindoor, and Mangalsutra. Baptized Sikh candidates are allowed to carry their mandatory religious articles.

Scribe Facility & Compensatory Time

Visually impaired candidates and other candidates with disabilities who are unable to write by hand are eligible for 50 minutes of compensatory time per paper. This applies whether they use a scribe facility or write independently.

Candidates requiring a scribe (qualification must not exceed Senior Secondary) can choose their own assistant or request one from the board by following the procedures below:

• Board Office Registration: Contact Room No. 28 at the Board Office between 09:00 AM and 04:30 PM at least 4 days before the exam.
• Centre Superintendent Verification: Alternatively, present valid medical documents and the scribe's identity/qualification credentials to the Centre Superintendent at the venue between 01:00 PM and 04:00 PM at least 2 days before the exam.
• Forms SPL-1, SPL-2, and Appendix-G are available for download on the official website.
