Eligibility and Qualification
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Candidate should not have undergone apprenticeship training earlier or be pursuing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act in this Company or any other organization.
- Candidate must be a fresher with no prior training experience.
- Candidate must have completed graduation and should have the passing certificate/final year graduation marksheet dated between 01 January 2022 and 01 June 2026, both dates inclusive.
- Graduate degree can be in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Candidates with job experience of one year or more after completion of educational qualification are not eligible for engagement as apprentice.
- Candidate should have 100% completed profile on the NATS portal to apply for the Company apprenticeship.
Selection Process
- Online written test: Applicants who apply and pay the fee have to appear in the objective-type online examination.
- Merit list: Candidates are shortlisted in descending order of marks. If more than one candidate scores the same marks, ranking is decided according to age in descending order.
- Regional language test: Candidates applying for a particular state must be proficient in one specified local language of that state. Candidates who studied the opted local language in 10th or 12th may not need a separate language test.
- Document verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification according to state/category seats.
- Physical/medical fitness: Selected candidates must be declared medically fit by a Medical Practitioner.
- Digital apprenticeship contract: Candidates found suitable must accept the digital contract through the government apprenticeship portal within the stipulated time.
Exam Pattern
The online written test is objective type and carries 100 questions for 100 marks. The total duration is 60 minutes.

Regional Language Test
- Candidates applying for training seats of a state should be able to read, write, speak and understand one of the specified local languages of that state.
- Candidates who produce 10th or 12th marksheet/certificate showing that they studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test.
- Other shortlisted candidates will have to qualify the regional language test during document verification.
- Candidates who fail to qualify the language test will not be engaged as apprentice.
- Shortlisting for language test and document verification will be up to three times of the relevant training seats in each state and category.
